At Hurtle Pot today (Saturday 11th May) there was a pair of yellow and black gloves on the big rocks at the head of the entrance gully. Rather than remove them from site I put them underneath the big rocks in such a way that they can't be seen from the surface but will be easily seen from a metre or two down the gully, looking back uphill. Hopefully they'll stay there for a few days at least, in case the owner wants to collect them.

They were there when Martyn Holroyd and I visited about three weeks ago. He left them for me because he thought they were mine, and I left them for him because I thought they were his! 🤣
Ah, well, you and I are the generation brought up watching Laurel and Hardy!

Bit like the Chuckle Brothers too...
’to you, to me’.....😉
Hi all - have just seen this, so sorry for the late reply. They were mine...which explains why I couldn't find them in my shed!
They may still be there - if passing I'll have a look (& scoop 'em up to take to the compressor shed).
Cheers John - I picked them up two or three weeks ago. 👍
