Sunday nights offering didnt disappoint, with a bountiful supply of the usual hype and twaddle from the heroic Steve.

My personal favourite was when, after declaring that he had carried out about 100 cave dives, he informed us that the purpose of the guideline is " for when your torches go out ".

Priceless. I think he may have done his cave dive training with Bear Grylls.

I rather liked his idea of "zero visibility" which still looked pretty reasonable removed link I'm guessing none of his "100 cave dives" were done in the UK! Also, the publicity stuff said that he was leading the expedition - didn't look like he was doing much leading removed link
