About the Northern Section
Northern Section members are actively involved in cave exploration, not only in the North of England but internationally.
The Section has strong ties to northern caving clubs including (amongst others) the Bradford Pothole Club, Northern Pennine, Red Rose, Craven and YSS, as well as the CRO and is, in its own right, a full club member of the CNCC.
Being active with one of these caving clubs is an ideal way to meet Northern Section members. Successful applications for membership of the Northern Section will come from competent and active cavers who are known within the Northern caving community.
