I am sure that many of you will have seen the Prime Minister’s announcement last night and the message is clear – stay at home.

It is clear that we are at a pivotal moment of the coronavirus outbreak and now is the time for households to stop mixing so that we can all do our part to reduce the stress on the NHS at the peak of the crisis. In this way we will protect our NHS staff, key workers including CRO and the sickest of the patients in our hospitals. This means there is no reason to go cave diving.

This will be a tough time for all of us however, by staying in touch with one another by phone and through social media we can ensure that everyone is protected yet not completely isolated.
