Hi Tom - FYI (and other members' information) the AGM details are public facing. This is intentional as non members will get a chance to meet members etc.
Please find the documents for the AGM. The officers reports have been provided for your review prior to the meeting. It would help the meeting if you could provide any questions on the officers report by email to me at least 24 hours before the meeting. In that way we can ensure that all questions are addressed during the meeting.
Find attached the updated officers reports with the balance sheet figures in correct alignment.
