Incident Description
1977 LNRC: On returning from Sump 6 two divers found that the line in Sump 2 had disappeared. Fetching a spare line from the next chamber downstream they were able to re-lay it.
Lessons Learned
Be aware that lines can change break move or disappear between you and the exit. Plan accordingly.
