Moving Big Rocks

Incident Description

Whilst manhandling a large boulder up a scaffold shaft said boulder banged against a first stage causing an intense and unstoppable free-flow. Fortunately the diver was just below the surface but had this happened further into a system it would have been concerning.

Lessons Learned

Be careful when moving large boulders. Ensure that equipment is properly streamlined and protected as much as is feasible.
