As always, thank you to the contributors for submitting dive logs and articles to this Newsletter. Sadly, there are two obituaries recorded in this newsletter, who were both cavers and cave dive and who brought life to the caving world
On a different but no less reflective note, Christine Grosart has provided an extended article based on the recent Derbyshire Section training camp held in February of this year. Her insight into the skills required and ability of QDs to teach is one that struck a chord. I cannot be the only one who
has paused when taking a trainee on a dive, wondering if there could be a better way to highlight the skills needed in a structured way.
