After recent events, the Welsh Section are delighted to invite you to 75th AGM and Anniversary Dinner in South Wales at The Manor Hotel, Crickhowell on 11th of September 2021.
To celebrate this anniversary, Hugh Penny of cavingpottery.co.uk has been commissioned to produce 75 commemorative mugs, to be included free with the first 75 bookings!

15:00 | CDG 2021 AGM (note room to be vacated by 16.45 for dinner set-up) |

20:30 | Guest speaker, Fish Award, and Raffle |
Dinner: Cost: £30.00 ea
Three set menu options will be available (including one vegetarian), with choices made available by the end of June after the venue has returned to full capacity following the Welsh lockdown. Menu options will be published on the CDG website and emailed to all guests for their selection as soon as they are available.
Any savings on dinner cost offered by the venue will be put behind the bar for our guests to enjoy.
Raffle:
Amazingly, we have a brand new Coltri MCH-6 breathing air compressor for the AGM raffle!

Accommodation:
Hotel accommodation is available at the venue, with a limited number of rooms reserved for CDG members on a first com first served basis. Double or twin are available at a cost of £100, or £85 for single occupancy, including breakfast. Please book with your dinner via the CDG Welsh Section.
Camping and Caravanning pitches are available less than a mile away at the Riverside Caravan Park, again with reservations for CDG on a first come first served basis at a cost of £20 per pitch. Please book with your dinner via the CDG Welsh Section.
Local caving huts are currently open to members only; this may change so please check directly.
