Jammed US Deepstar 1st Stage

Incident Description

Ogof Fach 1972: This cave has a very muddy silted third sump. Somehow mud worked its way into the first stage of the valve a U.S. Divers Deepstar jamming it open. The diver returned by turning his cylinder valve on and off.
